Ricardo Larrivée

A renowned host, culinary author, and entrepreneur, Ricardo is best known for his show "Ricardo," which airs on Quebec television, where he shares his recipes, cooking tips, and his love of gastronomy. Ricardo is also the author of numerous bestselling cookbooks, which have helped popularize and make cooking accessible. As an entrepreneur, Ricardo has launched several gastronomy-related businesses, including a cooking magazine, a leading recipe website, restaurants, and a line of kitchen accessories.

Martin Picard

Chef, restaurateur, host, and entrepreneur, Martin Picard showcases bold and creative Quebec cuisine in his establishments, the restaurant and cabin Au Pied de Cochon and the Cabane d’à côté. With his team, he also launched the Cidrerie Au Pied de Cochon as well as numerous derivative products and spirits. He now co-hosts the show MasterChef Québec, after hosting the television shows “Chef des bois” and “Un chef à la cabane.” His work has had a significant impact on the Quebec culinary scene, and he is often considered one of the province’s most influential chefs.

Bob le chef

A graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), Robert James Penny, aka Bob Le Chef, has notably run the kitchens of the famous Misto restaurant in Montreal and hosted gourmet capsules on the shows L'Épicerie, Des kiwis et des hommes and Pour le plaisir. He is a well-known and appreciated figure in the world of Quebec gastronomy.

Stefano Faita

Stefano Faita, a key chef on the Montreal culinary scene, is co-owner of several restaurants in Montreal: Impasto, Pizzeria Gema, Chez Tousignant, and Vesta. He is also a great culinary communicator and co-hosts the popular show MasterChef Québec. He also launched a wide range of Italian products available in grocery stores, bearing his friendly, smiling face.

Sœur Angèle

Host, speaker, and spokesperson, Sister Angèle has carved out a special place for herself in the hearts of Quebecers. Her accent, energy, and humor have made her a prominent figure in the media and culinary worlds. A graduate of the ITHQ, where she also taught, she has published cookbooks that are still popular. She is a Knight of the National Order of Quebec and a member of the Order of Canada.

Marilou Bourdon (Marilou)

Co-founder of the blog and magazine Trois fois par jour, singer-songwriter Marilou is always busy. Since 2013, Trois fois par jour has grown steadily, from homemade web capsules to a thriving business that includes books, magazines, ready-to-eat meals, a television show, and content creation.

Josée Di Stasio

With her show À la di Stasio, her books, her vision of simple cuisine made with fresh produce, and her curiosity about the culinary culture of others, Josée di Stasio has inspired a whole generation of Quebecers to the pleasures of cooking. Her Italian style, refined and centered on exceptional products, is her undisputed signature.

Colombe St-Pierre

Crowned Chef of the Year in 2018, at the very first Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise, Colombe St-Pierre is the vibrant chef of Chez St-Pierre restaurant, in Bic. During the pandemic, Colombe went all out by launching a somewhat crazy project, whose history has proven its genius, a coastal canteen offering a menu featuring the flavors of the treasures of the St. Lawrence and other delicious duck poutines.

Dominique Rioux

Since childhood, influencer chef Dominique Rioux has had a keen interest in the art of good cooking. After professional training as a butcher, she began creating Instagram and TikTok videos where she shared her passion for meat cooked over a fire, just as her father taught her at the family cottage in Trois-Pistoles. Today, she makes BBQ her way of life by offering butchery and private BBQ chef services at home.

Jean Soulard

Jean Soulard entered the Saumur Hotel School in 1966, where he spent three years learning the basics of cooking. He was a finalist with the title of "Best Apprentice Chef in France." His professional career took him around the world: to France, England, Switzerland, and then to Hilton International for a long period. In 1975, he worked for the Queen Elizabeth in Montreal, before leaving for Asia. He finally settled in Quebec City in 1979, and served at the Château Frontenac from 1993 to 2013.

Identify yourself
